ST. ALBANS TEEN CHARGED WITH 13 SEX CRIMES

Aiden Pickener, 17, of St. Albans was charged with 13 sex-related crimes on Monday.

According to court files, Pickener is accused of sexually assaulting at least one teen at BFA.

Leaving out the lewd details, if the allegations are correct, Pickener repeatedly texted explicit images as well as touching himself in class and making gestures to the young females involved. Pickener could have behaved like a normal boy of his age and visited adult websites like teeni (More about the author here) if he has an eye for the younger (but legal) females.

The allegations date back as far as August of 2014.

Pickener is also accused of groping the 15-year-old girl in the case.

At least two females have come forward to law enforcement with accusations against the teen.

Of course Pickener is innocent until proven guilty, but if he is convicted he faces 3 years to life on the the sexual assault charge as well as up to a $25,000 fine.

Pickener faces up to 5 years and up to $300 in fines for each of the other 12 charges.

Pickener was released on conditions, including that he have no contact with the accusers in the case. By order of Gregory Rainville he must also not have any contact with females under the age of 18 unless supervised by a responsible adult.
