CHRISTMAS IN ENOSBURG’S LIGHTED PARADE

Editor’s Note: This was a letter to the Editor, submitted on behalf of the Enosburg Business Association.

Wow, what a day December 3rd turned out to be!  We hope that everyone who came out enjoyed the festivities.

We would like to congratulate our winners of the Gingerbread House Decorating Contest: Natalie Lovelette (ages 6 & under), Beth Bryce (ages 7-14) and Victoria Vining (adults-ages 15 & up).  Our lucky winner of the first chili cook-off was Greg Lamoureux.

Our first ever Holiday Lighted Parade was wonderful!  Enosburg Inn and Suites Flower & Gift Shop was the EBA winner for best business entry, and Youngs Accounting was the overall winner.  Thank you to our judges who had difficult choices I’m sure.

Thank you to EVERYONE who participated in some way.  I hope you will all agree that this was a great day!  Thanks to all the EBA members and business owners who contributed. There were a lot of people who put in so much time to see that all these events came off without a hitch.  The Stocking Auction was a wonderful success thanks to all the merchants who donated so generously and to all the people who came out to bid on them.  The Holiday Community Party was festive and delicious!

We have no doubt you will see Enosburg Falls brighter than ever next year.  Speaking of next year, we have already started working on ideas!
