POLICE CHARGE SWANTON MAN WITH DUI #2
SWANTON: Benjamin Nicolas, 29, of Swanton was driving northbound on Interstate 89 in Swanton, on Monday around 7 pm, when he was pulled over by the Vermont State Police.
After Nicolas was pulled over, Trooper Conte suspected Nicolas of driving under the influence of alcohol, according to a press release.
Nicolas refused to submit t0 a breathalyzer, according to police.
Conte charged Nicolas with DUI #2. He is due in court on February 27th.
