ROUTE 78 CHANGES REQUESTED FOLLOWING FATAL CRASH
Concerned citizens are asking the Highgate Selectboard to help make Route 78 safer following a deadly crash there in December.

Paul J. Brulotte, 84 years old, passed away on November 26, 2019, at the Northwestern Medical Center. He was born on October 5, 1935, in Mansonville, Quebec, the son of Napoleon and Beatrice (Coutu) Brulotte.
