YOU CAN RUN, OH WAIT- NO YOU CAN’T
An officer from the Franklin County Sheriff’s Department tried to pull over 20-year-old Dakota Oakes from Jericho late last month, but according to police he fled on a green motorcycle.
Deputy Renning wrote in a press release that he pursued the man more than five miles before the defendant tried to hide behind the Jolley convenience store in Berkshire.
Oakes will be due in court on November 7th, facing charges of Attempting to Elude Police in a Grossly Negligent Manner, and Grossly Negligent Operation.
