A REFUSAL IS STILL A DUI
Shana Emch, 39, of Richford learned Saturday that refusing to submit to a breath test will still result in a DUI charge.
According to Deputy Renning, Emch was pulled over at around 8pm Saturday evening after the Deputy noticed he was driving erratically. Emch refused to submit to a
Emch refused to submit to a breathalyzer as well as field sobriety tests, according to Renning.
He is due in court on December 19th to answer to the charge of DUI (second offense).
