ENOSBURGH PAIR NEGLECTED/ASSAULTED VULNERABLE ADULT
State Police have cited Cody Johnson, 22, of Enosburgh and Jeannie Cline, 45, of Enosburgh into court tomorrow on charges that they neglected a vulnerable adult in their care as well as domestic assault charges.
According to Trooper Filipeck, Johnson and Cline “were involved in several incidents involving a family member.”
The police did not name the victim or how the victim was related to the defendants.
“Their alleged conduct in these incidents was reckless and caused unnecessary harm to a vulnerable adult on several occasions,” Fillipeck wrote.
The arrest comes after a joint investigation by the Vermont State Police and Adult Protective Services.
