ENOSBURGH: State police were alerted to a crash in the area of Duffy Hill Road and Tyler Branch Road on Tuesday afternoon because of the vehicle owner’s subscription to OnStar, according to police.
This may not have been the best service for Justin Reynolds, 29, of Enosburgh though, according to police, Reynolds was driving with a suspended license at the time of the crash. He’ll be due in court on the DLS charge on January 23rd.
The vehicle sustained severe damage to the front when it struck a utility pole, according to the trooper.
Reynolds has a criminal history in Vermont for three burglary charges in 2010, according to a records check. He is currently serving a 5 1/2 year sentence, but is out on parole. It is unclear if the new charges will be a violation of his parole.
The three burglaries that Reynolds was convicted of included allegations of breaking into Bates Farm, Home and Garden as well as Champlain Chevrolet.
