NO LICENSE, AGAIN
ST. ALBANS: Vermont State Trooper Christian Hunt says he caught 29-year-old Peggy Woodard, of Swanton, driving on Friday with a criminally suspended license.
Hunt said that Woodard was driving on the Access Road when she was pulled over.
Woodard was pulled over and charged with DUI in May, and pulled over again in June for DUI and driving with a suspended license. In October, Woodard was charged a second time for again Driving with a suspended license. Woodard has a plea change scheduled for January 4th on those charges.
Woodard is due in court to answer to Friday’s DLS charge on February 13th.
