RICHFORD MAN CHARGED WITH SEXUAL ASSAULT ON TWO MINORS
St. Albans: 54-year-old Carl Wagner of Richford was charged Monday with two felony counts relating to allegations of sexual assault more than 15 years ago.
According to court files, Wagner is being accused of assaulting two young girls in Montgomery around 2000 and 2001.
At the time of the alleged assaults, the females would have been 9 to 10 years old.
In order to protect the girls’ identities, the County Courier had decided not to publish additional details of the case.
Wagner faces up to 20 years in jail and $100,000 in fines if convicted on both counts.
