According to Trooper George Rodriguez, the investigation process began in  October.

On January 20th, police pulled over a vehicle occupied by Rachel Palmer, Joshua Alderman, and Corey Salls. Police would end up seizing the vehicle and locating evidence that lead them to a home in Bakersfield which allegedly had a meth lab inside.

That Bakersfield home belonged to Corey and Rebecka Salls, who were later arrested in connection with the drugs.

Police continued to investigate, tracking down leads which pointed police in the direction of a dozen more suspects.

Police say that Corey Salls, 31, of Bakersfield; Rebecka Salls, 31, of Bakersfield; Rachel Palmer, 27, of Fairfield; Taylor LaPlant, 29, of Berkshire; Casey Corrigan, 33, of St. Albans; Jennifer Combs, 32, of Richford; Emily Lussier, 39, of St. Albans; Jonathan Webb, 36, of St. Albans; Janet Morrell, 30, of St. Albans; Benjamin Edwards, 43, of St. Albans; Joshua Alderman, 28, of St. Albans; Alice Edwards, 42, of St. Albans; Chad Rocheleau, 39, of St. Albans; and Darren Totten, 46, of St. Albans were all involved in the ring, either producing, buying, or possessing methamphetamine.

Court documents show that police were lead to at least some of the individuals, because they purchased large amounts of controlled drugs that many dealers use to produce meth. Those drugs were purchased at the Wal-Mart in St. Albans, the Enosburg Pharmacy and the Rite-Aid in Enosburg Falls.

Rodriguez said that the investigation is still underway and that more arrests could happen soon.
