WARRANT SWEEP NETS BAKER’S DOZEN FROM COUNTY

Members of local law enforcement as well as federal agents worked together on Tuesday to round up dozens of wanted people in Vermont, including many in and around Franklin County.

The following defendants were picked up in the operation, some were detained until their arraignments on Wednesday, others were brought directly to the local courthouse for arraignment.

• William Bean, 43, of Richford was arrested on a Simple Assault and Trespassing charge. His bail was set at $5,000.

• Sarah Pelissier, 31, of St. Albans was picked up on a retail theft charge. Her bail was set at $1,500.

• Daniel Smith, 37, of Enosburg was picked up on a charge that he failed to comply with the sex offender registry. His bail was set at $5,000.

• Wendy Jarvis-Gallant, 53, of Sheldon was picked up on a charge of writing back checks. Her bail was set at $500.

• Michaela Pluncket, 24, of Swanton was picked up on a failure to appear in court warrant. Her bail was set at 1,000.

• Christina Cronin, 34, of Swanton was picked up on a probation violation charge. She was transported directly to the courthouse for arraignment.

• Christoper Gaudette, 44, of Georgia was picked up on a violation of probation charge. He was transported directly to court for this arraignment.

• Shannon Berger, 33, of Swanton was picked up on a failure to appear charge. She was transported directly to the courthouse for her arraignment.

• Nathan Robtoy, 27, of St. Albans turned himself into the Vermont State Police. No bail was set in his case.

• Young Lim, 35, of St. Albans was picked up in the Rutland area. He is being charged with resisting arrest, violations of conditions of release and multiple counts of retail theft. His bail was set at $2,500.

• Steve Broomall, 45, of St. Albans was picked up on a failure to appear charge. His bail was set at $500.

• Charles Genson, 34, of Swanton was picked up on a violation on conditions charge. He was ordered to serve 5 days.

• Kimberly Bouchard, 31, of St. Albans was picked up on a failure to appear charge. Her bail was set at $600.
