POLICE: PAIR STOLE INSPECTION STICKERS
The Swanton Police Department arrested Nathan Robtoy, 28, of St. Albans as well as Crystal Tatro, 31, of Swanton with possession of stolen property.
According to Police Chief Leonard Stell, the pair stole inspection stickers from area businesses’ vehicles.
The stolen inspection stickers were recovered during the arrest, according to Stell.
