It appeared that an Armored Security Vehicle (ASV) crashed into another ASV, causing minor damage, but needed to be towed from the scene.

Police said that while traffic was slowed, a drunk driver rear-ended another vehicle.

According to Vermont State Trooper Olsen, Kenneth Noyes, 40, of Essex crashed his 2013 Ford F-150 into the vehicle in front of him.

Boyse told troopers that he didn’t realize the vehicle in front of him had stopped, and by the time he realized it he didnt have enough time to avoid the crash.

According to records, Noyes  lived on East Sheldon Road in Sheldon until 2013.
