RICHFORD MAN PICKS UP DUI IN SHELDON
SHELDON: A Franklin County Sheriff’s Deputy arrested Stephen Baccari, 28, of Richford on a DUI charge Thursday afternoon.
According to the police, Baccari was driving on Main Street in Sheldon around 6pm when a Sheriff’s Deputy pulled him over for a Defective equipment offense. That deputy later processed Baccari for DUI, his BAC was .120%, according to police.
Baccari is due in court on December 19th to answer to the DUI charge.
