BFA ST. ALBANS STUDENT KILLED IN MORNING CRASH
FAIRFAX: Ada Sorenson, 16, of Fairfax died as a result of a motor vehicle crash on Vermont Route 104 this morning.
Vermont State Police say she lost control of her 2005 Volvo XC7 while commuting on slippery roads. Her vehicle crashed into a 2017 Ford F-250 driven by Paul Bowler, 54, of St. Albans.

Sorenson was pronounced deceased at the scene, according to State Police. Bowler was transported to the hospital for evaluation.
The roadway remained at least partially closed for several hours as the crash was investigated.
Sorenson was a sophomore at BFA St. Albans. The school will have grief counselors at the school for students who need them.
