VSP SEEKS TO IDENTIFY SUSPECT IN CAR BREAK-INS EARLY YESTERDAY MORNING

SWANTON: At least three different callers notified Vermont State Police that their vehicles had been broken into at some point throughout the night, having had their possessions rifled through and items stolen.

According to Trooper Andrew Underwood, the suspect hit the area of Spring Street and Monument Road in Swanton, in the early hours of the morning.

Video captured from a Ring.com surveillance video at the site of one of the break-ins, shows a male subject entering a white BMW. The suspect begins going through items in the glovebox and gently closing the passenger door when he leaves.

The timestamp of that video shows the suspect just before 4am.
