SWANTON MAN CITED FOR DUI
State Police have issued a citation to 21-year-old Dartayon LaCroix of Swanton after a motorcycle crash on Route 7 in Georgia Saturday afternoon.
The crash was reported to police at 4:44, according to Trooper Casey Harkins of the State Police. Harkins reports the investigation led police to believe LaCroix was operating his motorcycle under the influence of alcohol.
LaCroix was issued a citation to appear in criminal court in Franklin County to answer the charge of DUI. His court date is set for October 24th at 8:30 am.
