Betty A. Fletcher
RICHFORD: Betty A. Fletcher, age 87, passed away on Monday, June 29, 2020, at Birchwood Terrace Rehab and Healthcare Center in Burlington.
She was born in Enosburgh on November 15, 1932, the daughter of the late Eleanor (LaCross) Grandshaw.
Betty was a homemaker who enjoyed country music and babysitting her grandchildren. She loved knitting and her favorite time of year was Christmas.
She is survived by her son Paul Fletcher and his wife Louise of Richford; grandson, Joel Fletcher and his wife Elizabeth of Jacksonville, FL; granddaughter, Elyssa Laszarski and her husband Matt of St. Albans; great-granddaughter, Elissa Terry of Jacksonville, FL; brother, Alan Grandshaw and his wife Deborah of Enosburg Falls, and many nieces and nephews.
Besides her mother, Betty was predeceased by her husband Wendell R. Fletcher; sister, Elsie Juaire; and nephew, Richard Juaire.
Betty’s family would like to thank all of the staff at Birchwood Terrace Rehab and Healthcare Center for the wonderful care she was given.
She will be missed by many.
A private graveside service will be held at the convenience of Betty’s family at the Richford Center Cemetery.
