Beverly J. Domina
SHELDON SPRINGS: Beverly J. Domina, age 82, passed away on Saturday, May 14, 2022 at McClure Miller Respite House in Colchester.
She was born in Montgomery Village on June 12, 1939 to the late Kenneth and Doris (Mason) Doe.
Beverly grew up on her family farm in Montgomery and attended the Montgomery School House. She was hardworking and independent from a young age, picking stones and throwing hay. She loved to take care of others and found herself running a daycare for several years and then worked for Verdell Village for six years. She then retired from Century Arms after 35 years, at the age of 79, with still more spunk than most of her counter parts who were half her age. Beverly enjoyed shopping with her girls, completing crossword puzzles, dancing, playing 500, and baking her famous sweets. Beverly always looked forward to hosting holiday parties and cherished the time she got to spend with her family and friends. She always put the needs of her children first and instilled the importance of family, respect, and hard work in each one of them.
She is survived by her children, Carolyn Audette and her husband Allen of Jeffersonville, Linda Domina and her husband Richard “Rick” of Sheldon, Steven Domina and his significant other Lisa Tibbits of Bakersfield, Raymond “Beno” Domina Jr. of Sheldon Springs, Cindy Perry of Sheldon, and Susan Callan and her husband Brad of Fairfield; 17 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren and one on the way; siblings, Shirley St. Cyr of Morrisville, Ernestine Domina and spouse, Arnold, of Enosburgh, Joyce Kinney of Berkshire, and Gary Doe and spouse, Lois of Morrisville; sister-in-law, Lora Doe of Morrisville; and several nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, Beverly was predeceased by her daughter, Maryann Wheelock; her first husband Clinton Wheelock; brothers, Raymond, Larry, and Roger Doe Sr.; and brothers-in-law, Alan Kinney Sr., and Leo St. Cyr Sr.
