WATERVILLE MAN FACES DUI CHARGE AFTER ENOSBURGH CRASH
Hunter Tallman, 24, of Waterville was operating a 2006 Subaru Impreza on Friday night when he lost control, crashing on Vermont Route 108 near Boston Post Road, according to Troopers from the Vermont State Police.
Tallman was one of three people in the vehicle when he crashed, police said, rolling the vehicle several times.
Police said Tallman needed rescue crews to extricate him from the vehicle after the crash. All three occupants of the vehicle were transported to Northwestern Medical Center for non-life threatening injuries, police said.
Tallman faces a charge of DUI refusal and is scheduled for arraignment in Franklin County Criminal Court on September 18th.
