Charlene (Cooki) Manning
Charlene (Cooki) Manning, a beloved current resident of Swanton, VT, and previous resident of Lake Worth, FL, and Rogersville, TN passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones on April 28, 2024. She was born on July 20, 1949, in Morrisville, VT.
Charlene was a loving wife, mother, Gama, Mimi, sister, and aunt. She enjoyed spending time with her son Jaime Manning, his wife Nikki, and their children Austin, Abigail, and Matthew. Charlene also cherished her time with Toby’s children, Hunter and Gary. She treasured memories of her childhood with her two brothers Victor and Ronnie and her sister Sonja. In addition to her immediate family, Charlene was stepmother to Roger (Danielle), Laura (Denny), Scott (Carol), Nancy (Gary), and Mark. She shared a special bond with her niece, Yvette Cross, and was honorary grandmother to her children and grandchildren.
Charlene was preceded in death by her parents, Marie and Clifford Collette, sister Sonja Frappiea, her dear son Gary (Toby) McKee, and her loving husband of many years , Vincent (John) Manning.
Charlene had a passion for crafting and sewing and will be remembered for her kindness, creativity, and devotion to her family. She leaves behind cherished memories and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
A private celebration of life will be held at a later date.
