SUSPENDED FOR LIFE, STILL DRIVING
Vermont state police say that have arrested a man for driving with a criminally suspended license for three prior DUIs.
Darren J. Totten, 48, of St. Albans was picked up this morning after police were alerted about a vehicle that needed to be located.
When police discovered the vehicle in question, Totten was the driver, according to police.
Police were looking for the vehicle Totten was driving because of a dispute of who owned the vehicle
Police stopped Totten on Fisher Pond Road near Route 105.
A court date has been set for Totten, he’ll have to answer to the charge of driving with a criminally suspended license on December 12th.
