MILTON MAN CITED FOR NEGLIGENT DRIVING
BERLIN: Vermont State Police arrested 48-year-old Richard Marrell of Milton after he crashed into the guardrails along I-89 in Berlin near mile marker 48.
According to Trooper Benjamin Goodwin, Marrell was found to have been operating his vehicle in a negligent operation leading up to the crash, however, the Trooper did not specify how he determined that to be true.
Morrell was issued a citation to appear in Washington County Superior Court on January 4th to answer to that misdemeanor charge.
