MONTGOMERY MAN CITED FOR SIMPLE ASSAULT
MONTGOMERY: Sean Montgomery, 35, of Montgomery was arrested by Vermont State Police Trooper Joshua Hansell after police were dispatched to a family fight just after 11 P.M. on December 3rd.
According to the Trooper, Montgomery was accused of assaulting Nichole Decker, causing minor injuries, but declined medical attention.
Montgomery is due in criminal court on December 14th to answer to the charge of Simple Assault.
