Nicholas Mattraw
HIGHGATE: Nicholas Mattraw, 36, passed away on April 5, 2021 in New York City.
Nicholas was born on April 14, 1984. He was raised by his devoted maternal grandmother, Viginia Lee.
He attended Highgate Elementary School and graduated from Missisquoi Union High School.
He is survived by his sisters Elissa Steinhour of Sheldon, Dorothy Adams of North Carolina, and Danielle Mattraw of Enosburg Falls, as well as his nephew, David Parker.
Nicholas is predeceased by his maternal grandmother, Viginia Lee, and his sister, Ellen May Mattraw.
As a faithful member of the Episcopal Church, Nicholas was proud to serve as an acolyte during his youth and always respected Christian values.
A memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family later in the spring.
