Anna Bridget Gossel
The family of Anna Bridget Gossel, age 91, announces that she passed away peacefully, September 12, 2021, in Colchester. She was born in Framingham, February 21, 1930, to Dominico and Lucia Capillo Tambolleo. Anna married Leo Gossel, December 15, 1962. She started her career as an Executive Secretary for Federated Department Stores, then Digital Equipment, where she met Leo. After that, she returned to homemaking to care for her family. She was also a Real Estate Agent for many years. In 2004 Leo and Anna moved to Vermont, and made many friends to include Dr. Frank and Judy Zsoldos.
Anna was a Portrait Artist in oil painting. She will be remembered for her cooking and baking, and love of gardening. She volunteered at Care Partners.
Anna always had a kind word for everyone she met and spoke of.
She is survived by three children, Phillip Gossel (Debbie) of Warren, NH, James Gossel of Saint Albans, VT, and Lenore Reynolds (Mike) of Saint Albans, VT; four grandchildren, Nicole Ziemba (John), Adam Gossel (Chrissy), Kristen Miller (Ted), and Dylan Shaw; and two great-grandsons, Zachary Miller and Collin Gossel.
She is preceded in death by her parents, one daughter, Lucy Gossel, and eight siblings.
A private interment will be held in the North Cemetery in Berlin, MA.
As an alternative to flowers, memorials may be made in her name to the Salvation Army.
