FRANKLIN MAN CITED FOR DUI
Joseph Craig, 80, of Franklin, is facing a charge of DUI after police were alerted to a single-vehicle crash on Hammond Shore Road in Franklin on August 1st.
The Trooper, Christopher Finley, said the crash happened around 10 am.
Craig was transported to the Vermont State Police Barracks in St. Albans where he was processed, including with a drug recognition expert assisting from the Essex Police Department.
Craig is due in Franklin County Criminal Court on September 18th to answer to the charge of DUI-drugs.
