She was employed at Dowlings in St. Albans for several years before moving to Massachusetts.  In Wareham, MA she held jobs as a waitress, auto body shop receptionist, jewelry store clerk, and bank teller; then finally as an assistant bank manager which she was most proud of.  Nancy was a go-getter and a hard worker.

At the age of 33, Nancy suffered a traumatic brain injury as a result of a bicycle accident.  Miraculously, she recovered and relearned how to walk and talk all over again. With the devoted care of her husband, she was able to live a happy and very productive life.

Nancy had a positive outlook on life.  She loved being outside, camping, riding her bike, and hiking.  She loved music, playing her guitar and singing songs she wrote.  She also enjoyed get-togethers with family and friends.  She loved animals, especially her many pet dogs.

Nancy is survived by her husband, Gary; her step-son Christopher and wife Wendy, and their children, Chris, Cole and Hannah, her step-daughter Jennifer and her daughter Aleksandra, and her step-son Daniel and wife April, and their son Devon all of Wareham, MA.
