Timothy “Tim” Chris Jettie

FAIRFIELD: Timothy “Tim” Chris Jettie, a lifelong area resident passed away unexpectedly in Fairfield.

Born in St. Albans on September 15th, 1964, he was the son of the late Edeas M. and Lola (Quebec) Jettie. Tim was 59 years old.

Tim was a longtime attendant and delivery man for the Clarence Brown family at the station of Federal Street. He also worked at the Cold Corner Maples. He was a former member of Franklin Lodge # 4, F&AM.

Survivors include his children, Hollie Curtis and her husband, Jamie of Bakersfield, Kattie Jettie and her companion, Nick Trainque, of St. Albans, Chris Jettie and his wife, Carita, of Fairfax, and Cody Jettie of Fairfield, and Krista Florio, as well as his grandchildren, James, Seanna, Skylar, Lola, and Alyssa and Dominick.

Tim is also survived by his siblings, Cindy Metayer and her husband, Wyman, Mary Lou Jettie and her companion, Patrick Miller, Maurice Jettie and his wife, Michelle, and Christina Rublee and her husband, Doug, and numerous nieces and nephews. He is also survived by several close friends including Kyle and David Howrigan and everyone he worked with at Clarence Brown.

Tim’s family will receive friends on Friday, February 23rd, 2024, from 10 am – 12 pm Noon at the Heald Funeral Home, 87 South Main Street, St. Albans.

A funeral service will follow at 12 pm Noon at the funeral home, with the Reverend Father Jerome Mercure officiating.
